General Policies


Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions.

Holiday Reservations are also non-refundable.


Pets are allowed (small dogs only) in some of the cabins with a $50 non-refundable fee.

Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Please be courteous and cleanup after your pets.

Pets must always be kept on a leash outside of the cabin. No large or aggressive pets allowed.

Pets should be crated when left unattended in the cabin


Smoking of any kind is prohibited in any of the cabins. You may smoke on your deck or the surrounding area as needed.

Any violation of this policy will result in a charge of $250 to properly clean your cabin.

Fireworks, firearms, loud and disorderly conduct are all strictly prohibited as well.

Do not disturb any of the local animals that may be passing through – this includes throwing rocks, feeding fish, etc. – parents will be held responsible for their children.

Cabin Check-In / Check-Out

Check-In / Check-Out Times

Check-in begins at 3 PM. (Early check in is on a case by case basis)

Check-out is 11 AM.

Phone Call

You will receive a phone call/ text prior to your arrival with detailed instructions about your stay with us.

Cabin Info Book

There will be a cabin book loaded with all sorts of information on the kitchen table. It will have information on the property, as well as the surrounding area.

Payment / Cancellation Policies

When You Will Be Charged

Once you make your reservation, you will be charged 1 nights stay as a deposit. (Plus tax)

If you are arriving within 2 weeks, then you will be charged for your entire reservation.

If you are coming outside of 2 weeks, then you will be charged the balance 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

Charges will appear as P&B Enterprises or Maggie Valley Cabin Rentals.

Canceling / No Show

If you need to cancel outside of 2 weeks from your scheduled arrival, then you will receive a full refund – a $25 admin fee

If you need to cancel within 2 weeks of your arrival, then there is no refund. At our discretion, and if we are able to re-rent your cabin for any or all of your original dates, then you may use the number of days we are able to rent in the future. (One time only, to be used within 1 year of the original reservation date, and not over a holiday)

No shows will be charged in full, and will not receive a refund.
