What's Included With Your Cabin
All cabins have their own HVAC (some with brand new mini-splits).
All cabins have an electric fireplace for those chilly, but almost perfect mountain nights.
All cabins are fully stocked with plates, cups, utensils, pots and pans, linens, towels, etc.
All cabins have their own coffee pot, toaster, and can opener.
All cabins come with a standard set-up of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, etc. Those staying longer will need to supplement
this.

House Keeping & Fees
All trash is to be bagged up and placed in the dumpster by the pond upon departure, or as needed.
Upon departure we ask that you pick up after yourselves, which includes washing anything that you may have used in the kitchen. There is a 1 time $25 cleaning fee per stay…our staff will do the deep cleaning/ sanitizing, wash the sheets and towels etc…
We do allow small pets (dogs only) in some of our cabins. A non-refundable pet fee of $50 is required for all pets. We also ask that you do not leave your pet unattended…meaning, that they are in a crate while you are off exploring. If you do not have a crate, then we will rent you one of ours for $10 per day.
Each Cabin will be inspected upon your departure, guests are responsible for any and all damages

Fire pit by the pond is in, and ready for your enjoyment (just head over to the silo)
